You have applications from internal or external candidates and you want to assess their skills, their motivation and their suitability for a post, also their ability to integrate into your team and adapt to your company’s culture.
We will put extra means in place:
- Psycho-professional interview, to appreciate motivation and assess the candidate’s understanding of the post.
- Personality test (e.g. Ipso) for a better understanding of the make-up of the candidate’s personality and motivation.
- Take up of professional references.
- Handwriting analysis can be carried out by request.
All these different analyses when combined together reveal the candidate’s positive points and those that are less positive, so that a carefully reasoned decision can be taken. |
